Installation
- Create sandbox directory, preferably a subdomain root directory, such as http://sandbox.domain.com or http://domain.com/sandbox/ if using a subdomain is not possible.
- Create a live site directory. For examplehttp://domain.com/ or http://domain.com/website/.
- Upload the contents of coyotecms onto a folder on your website, for example http://domain.com/coyotecms/ or http://sandbox.domain.com/admin/
- Create two databases, a sandbox and live database. If you do not need a sandbox you can use only one database. Dump dev.sql into the sandbox database.
- Upload a copy of makepage.php and makecss.php into both the sandbox and live directories.
- Fill out all the information in the three files in coyotecms/config
- Fill out the correct absolute paths in makepage.php and makecss.php
- Log into the cms at the directory you created. For example at http://domain.com/coyotecms/ username: admin password:
- Go to the Users table and update the admin password
